GTC continues to strengthen its industrial real estate business with the GTindustrial II Ready-Built Factory Project at Nhon Trach 3 Industrial Park, with a total scale of 36,300 m².
In the future, GTindustrial will further expand its investment in Ba Ria Province with the Chau Duc Industrial Park Project.
In 2019, GTC expanded its business into ready-built factory investment with the GTindustrial I Project on a land area of 33,500 m² at Nhon Trach 6 Industrial Park. Currently, all factories have been fully leased.
In 2015, GTC continued its partnership with Toyo to undertake the Design and Build package for the Amway (American) Project, with a total contract value of USD 18 million.
From 2012 to 2013, GTC collaborated with Nishimatsu to design and implement infrastructure development, office buildings, water plants, power plants, and supporting facilities at Long Duc Industrial Park (a project of Sojitz and Japanese investors).
Since 2013, GTC established its own design department, which later evolved into GTSI Design Company in 2014. During this time, GTC also became a member of the Vietnam Cotton and Spinning Association (VCOSA), taking on the design and execution of textile projects with factory sizes ranging from 25,000 m² to 35,000 m².
By mid-2008, GTC participated for the first time in bidding as the EPC contractor for the Matai Project (Japan) with a value of approximately USD 2 million, followed by the YCH Project (Singapore) worth USD 5.5 million.
By 2011, GTC began collaborating with international partners as a Main Contractor in global tenders, including:
- Partnership with CNA Corporation (Singapore) for Protrade Ascendas Industrial Park – Phase 1, with a contract value of approximately USD 12 million (Vietnam–Singapore joint venture).
- Collaboration with Japanese contractor Toyo (Thailand branch) on the United International Pharmacy Project (American) with a total value of USD 13 million.
Founded in 2004, GTC initially focused on leasing premises and construction equipment.
By 2006, GTC began engaging in construction activities. In the early stage, the company participated as a subcontractor, and later advanced to become a main contractor, with contract values ranging from USD 1.2 million for the VKL Project (India) to USD 1.8 million for the White Feather Project (Malaysia).
DEVELOPMENT AND INVESTMENT ORIENTATION
• 2029 Plan: On the occasion of its 25th anniversary, GTC aims to develop 80,000 m² of ready-built factories for lease and expand into the food industry.
