20 Years of Contributing to Building Vietnam’s Industry: Congratulations GTC!

First of all, speaking in this short clip, on behalf of the company, I would like to thank and wish good health to all employees of all periods on the occasion of the company’s 20th anniversary.

GTC was established in April 2004, at first the company mainly supplied mechanical equipment and construction. The company officially entered the construction market in 2006, up to now it has been 20 years with many difficulties and storms. In the early stages, the human resources were still young, the working system was not complete, there was only the enthusiasm of a united collective, always dedicated to work and always aiming for a common goal to promote the company’s development.

After 13 years of development as a general contractor, 2017 can be considered a pivotal year for GTC’s transformation, when GTC had concerns about the company’s development orientation in the new period, leading to the bold decision to invest in the industrial real estate sector with the factory rental industry.

In 2019, the company started developing the first factory for rent in Nhon Trach 6 Industrial Park, marking the first steps into the industrial real estate market. It can be said that this was the time when the company faced many difficulties when investing for the first time, many unfamiliar things such as managing investment cash flow, balancing & maintaining finances for the construction sector, all GTC team learned while working, corrected mistakes, then the project was completed on schedule and was truly successful when welcoming full customers after only 1 year of construction.

In 2023, the company continued to invest in the second factory for rent in Nhon Trach 3 Industrial Park to affirm its position in the industrial real estate market. Up to now, this factory has been completed and welcomed the first tenants to come into operation.

In 2024, the company plans to continue expanding its investment in factory area No. 3 in Chau Duc Industrial Park and hand it over to customers for operation in 2025.
The company’s orientation from now until 2029 is to maintain the construction sector as a general contractor for D&B, with customers being FDI investors. For the industrial real estate sector, the company’s goal is to put into operation an additional 50,000m2, increasing the total area to 100,000m2 of factories for rent.

To achieve the success we have today, I cannot forget to mention the care, support, and trust of our partners and customers. Most especially, the dedicated efforts of hundreds of employees over many periods. On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the company’s establishment, I would like to express my deep gratitude to all of you. I am very respectful and proud of you, of the GTC team.
I hope that each employee will always maintain their enthusiasm and dedication to help GTC reach further and develop further in the future. Our Board of Directors also promises to set new goals and development directions to not disappoint your trust.

Wishing GTC to grow more and more, reap more success, increasingly affirm the brand, and will be a place to nurture the development of future talents. Continue to dream, continue to conquer new successes, new breakthroughs.

I hope that the 20-year milestone that we are celebrating today will only be the starting point for a new journey with many achievements for the next 30, 40 years and beyond.
