GT Industrial expands the development of Factory for rent in Nhon Trach 3 Industrial Park (Phase 2)

In response to the trust of long-term customers as well as to meet the increasing demand from the industrial real estate market, GT industrial decided to invest and expand the factory for rent area in Nhon Trach 3 Industrial Park (Phase 2).

GT Industrial II with a campus area of ​​36,300m2 increases the total area of ​​GT Industrial in Nhon Trach to 71,000m2 of land and 50,200m2 of factory. Phase 1 is expected to be completed in October 2023 and the entire factory area is expected to be completed in June 2024.

With an area ranging from 1,700m2 to 12,500m2, GT industrial’s pre-built factory system in Nhon Trach Industrial Park is flexible in area and fully meets utility services and infrastructure according to international standards to meet production needs and optimize investment costs for businesses.
