On August 12, 2019, GTC officially organized the groundbreaking ceremony of the project: GT Land Rental Service Factory with the scale: total project area is about 34 000 m2, total factory area is about 20 000 m2 with 3 factories and 1 executive building with many facilities to serve investors such as meeting rooms, receptionists, and offices. The project is located at Road No. 6, Nhon Trach 6 Industrial Park, Phu Hoi Commune, Nhon Trach District, Dong Nai Province.
Over 6 months of construction and completion, in February 2020, GTC has completed the construction progress and handed over the A&C factory area to GT-Industrial (branch of Gia Thuy Co., Ltd in Nhon Trach - Dong. Nai) operate.
